# I. General Rules

### General Server Rules

Welcome to New Legion RP: LA🌴! 😊\

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please review the following rules:

**Communication:**

* **Language:** English is our official language. Please communicate clearly in English at all times.
* **Microphone:** A working microphone with clear audio is required. Voice changers are allowed, but they must be easily understandable. Avoid excessive volume, quietness, or extreme pitch changes.

**Account Restrictions:**

* **VAC Bans:** Players with VAC bans on their Steam accounts are prohibited. This is an automated restriction.
* **Character Names:** Choose a realistic character name that complies with our Terms of Service (TOS).

**Gameplay Integrity:**

* **No Exploits/Glitches:** The use of glitches, exploits, or hacks is strictly prohibited. Report any discovered glitches or exploits through our [Discord](https://discord.gg/newlegionrp) bug report channel.
* **Fair Play:** Abusing in-game mechanics, bugs, or glitches is unacceptable. This includes the use of external apps, system-supporting apps, macros, or any form of cheating.
* **Reporting:** Failure to report exploits or bugs may result in administrative action.

**Community Standards:**

* **TOS Compliance:** Adhere to [Twitch](https://legal.twitch.com/legal/terms-of-service) Terms of Service, [Twitch](https://legal.twitch.com/legal/community-guidelines) Community Guidelines, and [Discord](https://discord.com/terms) Terms of Service at all times, both in-game and on our [Discord](https://www.google.com/search?q=Discord) server.
* **Offensive Names:** Offensive Steam or Discord names will result in warnings or kicks. Continued use of offensive names after warnings will lead to further consequences.
* **Affiliate Restrictions:** Recruiting our players from other servers is strictly prohibited. This includes direct messages or advertising within our city or Discord server.

**Additional Rules:**

* **Age Requirement:** 18+
* **Clip Requirement:** You must have clipping software (e.g., MedalTV) and provide clips of at least 30 seconds in length if requested.\
