# XXIV. Default Danny

To ensure a rich and personalized roleplaying experience, please avoid using the default character model (the bald head and default clothing). We encourage you to create a unique character that reflects your personal style.

**If you are unable to create or customize your character:**

1. **Submit a Ticket:** Open a support ticket immediately to report the issue. Our staff will assist you in resolving the problem.
2. **Visit the Plastic Surgeon:** Alternatively, you can visit the in-game plastic surgeon located at Mount Zonah Hospital for character customization.

**Customization Options:**

A wide variety of customization options are available at no cost to players, including:

* Clothing stores
* Barbershops
