# Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between
[New Legion RP: LAπ΄](https://cfx.re/join/dlqeaq), and any individual ("Player") who accesses or uses the Server's Grand Theft Auto Roleplay (GTA RP) services.
By accessing or using the Server's services, the Player agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the Player does not agree to these terms, they must not access or use the Server's services.
### 1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. The Player acknowledges that by registering an account, logging into the Server, or otherwise using any of the Server's services, they are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Server.
1.2. The Server reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Server's services after any such changes constitutes the Player's acceptance of the new Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to regularly review these Terms.
### 2. Player Conduct and Rules
2.1. Players must adhere to all in-game rules and guidelines established by the Server administration. These rules are designed to ensure a fair, enjoyable, and immersive roleplaying experience for all participants.
2.2. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
A. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
B. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior towards other Players or Server staff.
C. Metagaming (using out-of-character information in-character) and Powergaming (forcing roleplay scenarios on others).
D. Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game assets or currency.
E. Advertising or promoting other servers or services without explicit Server permission.
F. Any activity that disrupts the Server's stability or the enjoyment of other Players.
2.3. The Server reserves the right to enforce its rules through warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by the Server administration. Decisions made by Server administration regarding rule violations are final.
### 3. Account Responsibility
3.1. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activities that occur under their account.
3.2. Players must not share their account with others or allow anyone else to access their account.
3.3. Players must notify the Server immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
### 4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content, features, and functionality on the Server, including but not limited to game assets, code, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the Server or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Server's services for personal, non-commercial roleplaying purposes only.
4.3. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Server, except as generally permitted through the normal functionality of the game.
### 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. The Server's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5.2. The Server does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
5.3. The Server disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
### 6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. In no event shall the Server, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
A. The Player's access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
B. Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
C. Any content obtained from the services.
D. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of the Player's transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
### 7. Indemnification
7.1. The Player agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Server, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the Player's violation of these Terms of Service or the Player's use of the Server's services.
### 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in,. The Player consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
### 9. Severability
9.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
### 10. Entire Agreement
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and the Server regarding the use of the Server's services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
